Day 1:
The journey commences upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). After collection, the drive bypasses the city bustle and heads directly south to Tarangire National Park. The late afternoon is dedicated to an initial game drive, getting acquainted with the landscape dominated by ancient baobab trees and the massive elephant herds that thrive as the landscape swells with life from the recent rains. The night is spent at the comfortable Bougainvillea lodge, resting for the long, exciting journey ahead.

Day 2&3:
Early morning breakfast and drive to Serengeti National Park; After an early morning drive in Tarangire, the vehicle traverses the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive continues to the Central Seronera region, the permanent wildlife hub and the late afternoon is spent on a preliminary game drive and finally check in at Serengeti heritage camp in the late evening.
Day4&5:
Game drive at Ngorongoro Conservation Area; A final, early morning Serengeti drive yields any last unfulfilled wishes before the journey toward the highlands begins. The drive takes us to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, where the lodge, Embalakai, offers unparalleled vistas overlooking the vast caldera. This evening is reserved for reflection, enjoying the cool, crisp air of the high altitude before the most anticipated descent of the trip. Day 6:
This day presents a change of scenery with a full day exploring Lake Manyara National Park. This unique park offers a tapestry of landscapes, from the alkaline lake edge, which can attract thousands of flamingos in April, to the dense groundwater forest. Finally, overnight and rest at Bougainvillea at Karatu.

Day 7:

The grand tour concludes on this day.After a final morning activity, which may include one last game drive or a visit to the vibrant local market at Mto wa Mbu, the drive traces back toward Arusha. The final leg offers time to absorb the week’s incredible tapestry of memories before transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for the outbound journey, leaving behind sweet memories in Tanzania
