Day 1. Mombasa – Taita Saltlick Lodge

Meet and greet with your safari driver. Then you’ll have a short trip briefing before departure. Depart from your hotel at 0600hrs. Drive along the busy Mombasa –Nairobi road via Voi town to salt lick Safari lodge.

At Saltlick safari lodge you shall enjoy all-night game viewing and even very close to yourself. The lodge is well designed to offer memorable experience due to its imaginative mushroom like structures. The units are linked by suspended walkways .

Its build overlooking flood-lit waterholes & salt-lick grounds – a major attraction to wildlife which forms part of this lodge’s fame.

Experience at Taita Hills Safari Lodge & Spa is awesome! You’ll have time to swim, wonder around, exercise or play volleyball. The ambience is active.

Arrive on time for lunch. Check-in & lunch which will be followed by some moments of relaxation. Afternoon will be spend in search for the “Big five” taking advantage of the leads to some of their locations.Dinner and overnight at Saltlick Lodge.

Day 2. Taita wildlife Sanctuary – Amboseli National Park

This day’s game drive will begin before sunrise. You’ll traverse the vast Sanctuary in search for early grazers and hunters. This may last for 2 hours before returning to our lodge for Breakfast.

After breakfast depart from Taita wildlife sanctuary and drive via the southern part of Tsavo west & head to Amboseli national park.

Arrive in your lodge for check in and lunch. Your wildlife viewing is well scheduled at 1600hrs. Amboseli national park lies at the floors of the Mount Kilimanjaro.

The mountain offers scenic background for photography and its the landmark for the region. Possible wild animals to be seen includes Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo, hyena and many more.

Game viewing will not be complete without visiting the observation hill where one is able to have a better view of the adjacent marshy grounds and the park at large. Being excited about the day’s game experience, return to your lodge / Tented camp for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3. Amboseli – Mombasa

This is your last day of your safari and of course not the least. An optional early morning game viewing will be offered. Breakfast. After breakfast, check-out and proceed for another game drive. With clear sky enjoy one more view of Mount Kilimanjaro before bidding good-by to Amboseli national park. Proceed to the main gate exit with more wildlife viewing. After lunch drive back to Mombasa arriving in the evening.
