In case a booking is canceled, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
These deposits are non-refundable from the camps, lodges, hotels, and beach resorts. In case of cancellations, the deposit is carried forward by those accommodations for future bookings.
60 days to safari – 25% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited
59 – 30 days to safari – 50% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited
29 – 0 days to safari – 100% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited.
No show: 100% forfeited
Note that the specific hotel and airline cancellation policies will also apply.
There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour
All deposits paid to us are paid to accommodation.
